Daisy Sue, Perthville’s paediatrician, has rescued a child from the burning manor. Phew.

Sparing no thought for her own safety, she sprinted into the house, vaulted up the stairs, grabbed the child and slid down the bannister for her exit.

As yet, the child’s parents have not been contacted though It is suspected that the child belongs to the maid of the house.
