Many Eyes Go Through the Meadow, But Few See the Bitcoin in It
“Ralph Waldo Emerson spoke too soon,” the Stockbroker said as he set off for a stroll in the meadow. “Few see the meadow’s flowers, but even fewer see its Bitcoin.”
This elderly stockbroker, like other distinguished gentleman in his trade, finds Bitcoin a bit mind-boggling.
“I’ve heard that you mine it,” he went on hopefully. “And then you mint it.”
He listened to the skeptical suggestion by our Perthville Times reporter that this was not in fact how Bitcoin worked.
“A virtual currency?” He shook his head. “No such thing.”
